We highly recommend Diesel Fix if you are having issues with your diesel. Our truck broke down and we learned of this company and had it towed there. Muralee was on top of it from the get go. He did not stop until he found the issue. He kept us informed at all times about what he was doing and what it was going to cost. Diesel fix is a one stop shop for all your truck issues. Muralee is a truck wizard. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue that 3 other mechanics couldnt figure out in the span of 7 months. My truck was repaired in a timely manner and now it runs even better than it ever did. He was very professional, extremely honest and pricing was on par with market rate. Our experience with Diesel Fix has been absolutely unacceptable.<br><br>We drove a running Isuzu truck into Diesel Fix for what was supposed to be a glow plug replacement and other relatively minor repairs.<br><br>The end result is a truck that now requires the entire engine to be replaced.<br><br>Let that sink in.<br><br>The truck went into this shop under its own power for a glow plug issue. After repeated repairs, parts being removed and sent out, and numerous attempts to diagnose the problems, Diesel Fix eventually informed us in writing that they had spent well over 100 hours diagnosing and working on the vehicle and that the problem had gone beyond what they could properly diagnose and repair.<br><br>They then told us to take the truck somewhere else.<br><br>We did.<br><br>The truck has now been independently inspected by two different mechanics. Both have advised us that there is serious damage to the engine and cylinders associated with the previous repair work and that the engine now needs to be completely replaced.<br><br>We went from having a running commercial truck that needed a glow plug and relatively minor work to having a truck requiring an entire replacement engine after being worked on by Diesel Fix.<br><br>As a business owner, I find this completely unacceptable. Losing the use of a critical commercial vehicle is bad enough. Getting it back in dramatically worse condition than when it arrived is another matter entirely.<br><br>We have extensive documentation of what occurred, including emails, repair records, Diesel Fix's written acknowledgement of the extended delays and 100+ hours spent working on the truck, as well as the findings from the independent mechanics.<br><br>We are now pursuing this matter formally.<br><br>Based on everything we experienced, I would stay far away from this individual. In my opinion, the way this entire situation was handled demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and integrity.
