Excellent. Though Tracey and Matt were both very busy, I walked in and it did not feel that I was rushed. They could have sent me to the dealer but they decided to fiddle with my key, opened up the battery art, found thr battery and sent me away with an extra battery, a way to change it myself and was only charged for the two batteries, $12.42.
Amazing. And I spoke with their manager and explained all that they did and he was appreciative of the positive feedback as often it is only negative feedback.

I bought 3 cases of oil (9, 5L jugs) because they had a great sale on. Matt at the counter was super nice and helped me carry them out. My old Jeep had a little trouble starting and Matt noticed, came right back out offering help, we got it going and we were both smiling! Excellent service!
