Picking up brake pads and rotors, explained to them that it is a japan-made car not Mexican model he said no problem after getting home realizing the pads are not the same. Drove back into town and explain the situation dealing with MARLOY7 after digging into it we realized the parts were in the wrong box. He did not have more of the same grade to replace so replaced with better grade at no extra cost. His customer service skills were fantastic to deal with.
