Amazing staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable

This shop came highly recommended, so I was surprised by my experience. Came in for a straightforward oil change. Got home and found the oil level reading low — on a job where filling the oil *is* the job.

When I called to flag it, the response was "it was filled to spec" — dismissive, no explanation, no accountability. Then: "bring it back and we'll top it up." No acknowledgement that I'd just driven 30 minutes home, or that this shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Verify your service is complete before leaving. Reputation didn't match my experience.
