Service was highly professional from start to finish. When I reached out about my glass chip, the response was prompt, informative, and made the repair process easy to arrange.
Abdul, my mobile service technician, was excellent. He contacted me ahead of time, arrived promptly, and clearly explained the work he was performing.
The final result was outstanding, and Iām very satisfied with the quality of the repair.
Just went to their temporary oakville location and had a great and fast experience. Filled my window chip within 30 minutes of calling them to see if they had availability. Will be returning for window tinting.
What an experience. It was so amazing dealing with Manal. Not only did she handle us with care but she was able to find us the best pricing possible. And what i mean by that is she gave us a price but she did not give up. Because about 10 minutes or so my phone rang back and it Manal giving us a better price. So the bottom line is she didn't give up. So we thank her for that.
Excellent service, prompt responses and good availability! Well done!
Incredible service from the moment the phone was answered! The mobile, same day service was 5/5. I would highly recommend Abdul and Khaled to anyone needing wind shield repair. Communication was amazing and the customer service was also amazing. They took care of everything, including calling my insurance, all in the same day. They made a very stressful situation so much easier.
