Store is ok but their website is useless & frustrating

Never buy a car battery from here, they will do everything they can not to honour warranty, someone old guy tired telling me it was my starter, another employee said I had a bad alternator and now they can’t do a load test because the machine is broken. They just told me to go to downtown Hamilton to get it tested and changed.
It’s not my starter or my alternator because it clicks when trying to start and when I got a second battery from my mechanic it started no problem, just exchange the battery that has a dead cell.

The staff here are super helpful and friendly! Don and the team are top tier!

Called ahead to check availability......drove 35 minutes there to find out that they never had it!
