Excellent work in a timely manner.

​I wanted to give this shop a fair shake, but the workmanship and quality control are unfortunately not there. I originally brought my truck in for a tint install that had some issues. I returned for a warranty claim to have the front windows corrected, and to make it worth everyone’s time, I chose to pay to add the rest of the windows and headlight PPF. That visit took six hours.

​Unfortunately, that install also had major issues, so I had to return 7 days later. I spent another six hours waiting in the lobby with my kids while they stripped the entire truck and attempted to redo it.

​After all that time, it came out worse. Almost every piece of glass they touched had installation defects. They admitted to re-tinting the rear window three separate times because "pinholes" kept appearing. Pinholes happen when the glass isn't properly cleaned of old adhesive and debris before the new film goes on, so they ultimately ruined a window I was actually satisfied with beforehand. Additionally, they scratched the front passenger window glass and suggested they could sand it out.
​Despite the long wait, they handed me the keys with the main issues still completely unaddressed.

When I looked at the truck in the driveway and brought the manager out to show him, he didn't argue. He understood the situation completely and immediately handed me a full refund in cash.

​While the manager handling the refund was polite and didn't make a fuss, the installation quality in the shop is struggling right now. During my visits across consecutive Fridays, I noticed multiple other customers coming back in with similar installation complaints.

I appreciate getting my money back, but due to the poor quality of the work and 12 total hours of lost time, I cannot recommend this location.
