I’ve been Dan’s customer for years… Recently I brought my car for service there and unfortunate accident happened, another customer hit my car with his own vehicle… Dan took care of me and my car without any questions. His staff informed me about the incident immediately and took care of everything. Car was quickly repaired entirely to my satisfaction and Dan threw in a free oil for good measure. If you’re looking for an host mechanic, a business that prides themselves in great customer service, look no further 👍🏻

I had an extremely upsetting experience at Speedy Auto Service. My car was stuck in the middle of the road and I went there looking for help. The woman at the front desk refused to assist me in any way and showed zero concern for my safety or the seriousness of the situation. The complete lack of empathy and professionalism was shocking, especially from a business that claims to provide automotive service and help people in emergencies. I was left to figure it out on my own while visibly distressed.

I would never recommend this location to anyone. If you need help, do not expect compassion or basic customer service.
