I had a little issue after my service, but the manager, Brandon, handled the situation extremely well. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied. I really appreciate the great customer service and professionalism.

Would not recommend kal tire at all !! I brought my car in and they recommended I replace a part that they said was worn out and now I have a rattling sound ever since. They lied and tried to blame it on another issue when I complained that they installed it improperly and then magically after another look they said something wasn’t tightened all the way on the repair. Even now I still have a sound after they “fixed it “ I wasted $1300 here and all I got was a new issue with my car. Please reconsider going here especially when financially times are so hard and you can’t be wasting money on mechanics who don’t do the job properly * reply to their response .. I brought my car back and you guys did nothing to fix the issue you made. My biggest regret was coming here. Please take your car somewhere else ! Judging from the comments I’m not the only one to experience this

Stopped in to get pricing on a tire today and my car fell into the ditch that had a broken barrier that was not visible or marked with signage in the parking lot. Ripped my bumper off the front of my car. Thanks for that. You should have that clearly marked or taped off, my car almost didn't get out on its own and now its all screwed.
