Imperial Street Auto Repair and Detailing

I always go there for oil changes. Recently had my a/c fixed. Had to go back as it was putting out hot air. Fixed no problem. Very honest and professional people.

I went there for oil change and look what happen to my car when I got home …when I was driving my car it was smoking a lot .horrible service first and last time to go there .

This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were unprofessional, dismissive, and made the entire experience uncomfortable from start to finish. The owner was even worse—completely unprofessional and acted in a way that no business owner should. I honestly can’t believe a business can operate like this. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. I went to this mechanic shop just to get the rear light bulbs changed, and I was charged way too much for such a simple job. The price was completely unreasonable compared to the amount of work that was actually done. I understand mechanics need to charge for their time, but this felt like I was being overcharged. I would recommend getting a price from another shop before coming here.
