She was incredibly compassionate and genuinely cared about my situation, going above and beyond to follow up on everything for me. She even took extra time out of her busy schedule to contact the installer and sort out the details for my car's dash cam. That level of dedication and care is truly rare!<br>​I also want to highly commend Mr. Leo from the sales team. Booked an appointment for tire change. After the tire change 3 out of 4 wheels were curbed and was not informed until I let the service advisor know. The car was also recently polished prior to purchasing within the same week (almost great condition paint with little to no swirls.) However after realizing that they did a complimentary wash there were swirl marks all around my black paint and a big gash on my mirror caps from dirt and rocks from the brush they used. Not only did they damage my paint the car was driven hard and used a lot of gas based on the odometer going up by 9kms, along with ac blasting, and they reset my trip odometer.. This was intentionally done to not let me as a customer notice..<br><br>My question is it necessary for a service technician to drive 10 KMS!? On a simple tire change?<br><br>Why does the complimentary wash have inexperienced people wash my car and damaged my paint.<br><br>After the concerns were raised with service advisor, he offered to only polish the mirror chip and fix my curbed rims on a later date, when I asked about the extra kms that was driven he didn’t say much. Honda make this right not enough was done for all my inconvenience of extra gas I spent just to travel for your mistake and headache for a simple tire swap.<br><br>Ps: if you get service done at this location request not to have your car washed and no test drives.

Would not recomend to buy from these people, Bought a car had a loan and lovleen/lovy was our financial manager, had a follow up question but never replied us back nor phone call, its been a week now , i try to call everyday ask for lovy manager but no call pickup or no call back. Very irresponsible , they just wanna sell then do not care.
