I brought my car here because the ESC warning light was on. After making an appointment, they performed a four-wheel alignment, but the ESC light was still on when the work was finished. They still charged me for the service and simply told me to take the car somewhere else to have the computer system rebooted.<br><br>When I picked up my car, I noticed that my phone holder/charger and a wooden necklace that had been inside the vehicle were missing. I reported it to the staff immediately, but they insisted they had never seen the items and said they were not responsible.<br><br>I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed that my original issue was not resolved, I was charged for work that didn't fix the problem, and my concerns about the missing personal belongings were dismissed without any meaningful investigation. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this shop.<br><br>-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br><br>First, regarding the missing items: I left my car with the shop, and it was parked there for a full day and overnight. When I got the car back, I discovered that items from inside the vehicle were missing. I cannot say exactly what happened, but I suspect the car may not have been properly locked while it was in their care, which could have led to the loss. What was most frustrating was that no one was willing to take responsibility or provide a reasonable explanation.<br><br>Second, regarding the wheel alignment service: when I dropped off the car, I specifically asked for an estimate of the cost before any work was done. However, no one contacted me to provide a quote or ask for my approval. The next call I received was simply informing me that the car was ready and that I needed to pay the bill.<br><br>I would expect the shop to clearly inform customers in advance about any additional services and charges, and obtain approval before proceeding with the work. Customers should have the opportunity to decide whether they want a service performed, rather than being presented with a completed job and a bill afterward.

Thank you Team Decker's this is my first visit with stalling and rough idle issues, dropped my car at 8:30 a.m. and received a call at 1:30noon to pick up my vehicle was all fixed , highly recommend their service, and appreciate their professionalism to hear and address the issues promptly. My go to place for best car service in Vancouver! Very sincere and honest team! Fair prices and service.

We've been getting our car serviced at Decker's for a couple of years now, and we have nothing but great things to say. They're one of those friendly neighbourhood shops that are becoming increasingly rare these days—helpful, customer-focused, trustworthy, and honest.<br><br>We've recommended Decker's to friends and family, and everyone has been just as happy with their service!

This place is great. I wish I had known about it sooner, the staff is very honest and friendly and they are very good at being cost conscious about repairs as well as having good prices. They also get the work done very quickly, maybe I just got lucky but both times I dropped my vehicle off with little notice they were able to get on it right away. Having used a few of the other shops in the area I can say this shop was the best from my experience and I wish I had known about these guys sooner.

11/10 absolutely exemplary customer service, quick response and after-service care. I went to this place because my car blew a tire and they were the closest to my house. but now I will just keep coming here even when we move. As a woman who knows nothing about cars I am always suspicious of potential overselling, but these guys not only provided an excelent service for a low cost the first time, but also didn't charge me for unrelated issue they solved in 20 mins a couple of days later. Not even for the material. Thank you guys, you were livesavers today!
