Took my truck to Francis at Urban AC and was extremely happy with the customer service. He gave me a very reasonable price to fix my AC and then reached out to see if I wanted some extra work done while my truck was in their shop. He also replaced my headlights that had water damage and changed some burnt out bulbs. I got my truck back right away with the AC working again and my truck looking even better than before. Taking your vehicle to unknown shops can be uncomfortable at times. Francis and the crew at Urban AC are very professional and I highly recommend using them. There’s a reason for the excellent ratings this company has.

I took my car to see them for malfunctioning air conditioning. They quickly assessed the problem and phoned me with a quote to complete the repair. The price was very fair. But it's the service that truly exceeded my expectation. Fast, honest and friendly. Superb communication. Nobody wants to take their car in for service but I'm so pleased I trusted the reviews and went to Urban AC Autoworks.

I took my 1992 MR2 to Urban AC based on a recommendation of another MR2 owner and the reviews. Fantastic service! From the first call with Francis to the repair & service work.. Detailed communication & professionalism throughout the entire process. Got my AC working again and the price was fair. They took great care of my car the couple of days it was there. Highly recommended!

Honest & Excellent AC Service!!!<br><br>I highly recommend Francis and Johnson at Urban AC autoworks! Francis was honest, professional, and went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my car’s broken AC. He took the time to properly troubleshoot the problem. The best part is he keeps you updated on all the steps he is doing with the car. What was quoted on diagnosis was the same charge and bill on pick up.<br><br>In addition, he also fixed the broken seat trim on my car without letting me know and charging me for it!<br><br>I really appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail. The AC is working great now, and I’m very happy with the service. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust, and I would definitely come back to him again. Highly recommended! 👍
