For someone like me that doesn't know a thing about windows and doors, I needed help to fix a couple things. For example I didn't know what I needed for a french door mechanism fix, the gentleman took his time and I face timed to show what it looks like etc. he and the ladies in front (don't know their names) all helped with my need. They also had a couple Arabic words thrown in, awesome place!
I went in the mesh window restorations and new mesh door and the work was done well and in mentioned time.

Great service on intake, but price quoted was less than what was charged. Nonetheless, screen replacement was quicker than quoted and staff are courteous.
