Michael, the technician was excellent. He persisted with trying to get through even though I had to deal with an emergency of my own and leave the house. In any case, he was very responsive. Only consideration is that when you call Arpi’s , you get an extremely annoying and useless AI. So if you want to call the emergency technician that is en route to your house or anything, the AI just puts you into a feedback hell loop.
