I have brought my F82 M4 in for maintenance and part installation many times. I have never experienced such fantastic communication and service from any other shop before. Jon and the whole team are a great group to deal with. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else. 10/10

Had a great experience with Tunerworks getting an exhaust adjusted on my BMW. They were able to get me in the same day and even squeezed me in without an appointment, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Blaine was awesome throughout the process and kept me updated as much as possible. The only thing that caught me off guard was the pricing communication. I work in the automotive industry myself, so I understand how important proper authorization is. I wasn’t given a price beforehand or asked to sign off on the cost prior to the work being completed, so finding out the total was around $700 after the service was a bit unexpected especially for an exhaust adjustment.<br><br>That said, the overall experience was still positive, the work was done well, and I really appreciate them accommodating me on such short notice. I’d definitely consider coming back and would just recommend confirming pricing and getting authorization before starting the work.
