Country Hills Ford

Bought a Brand new Ford Bronco back in 2023, and all I can say is it wasn’t a good investment overall compared to other brands such as Toyota.<br>The water-pump on it has had to be replaced 2-3 times over the last 3 years, and the car only has 42,000kms on it so far.<br>Now the roof has been making weird rattling sound ever since i took it on its first ever long ride from Calgary to Surrey. I have been paying for premium protection and extended warranty coverage. Took the car in to get checked and I was told i will have to pay ~$250 diagnostic fees, and until the technician doesn’t confirm what’s going on, I may or may not be covered under the warranty. So I may get my $250 back or I may not and on top of that i might have to pay for the repairs that come out of it. Makes no sense to paying for all the protection only to be left guessing.<br><br>The number of issues and recalls with Ford make you want to avoid the vehicles. Not good quality built.<br>We have Toyota at home and it has never had any issues ever compared to this one.<br><br>Be careful, i too fell for the beauty of Bronco, but it isn’t as great as it looks when it comes to durability.<br><br>PS. The staff is great, but the product isn’t.
