Purchased Asset Protection at the time I purchased a E450, I cancelled the Asset Protection the next business day. Business Manager - Karoline assured it was cancelled and the monthly payment would be adjusted. Monthly payment was not adjusted, Karoline then changed her response that the payment term would be adjusted, this has not happened. Left her a message, she is now ghosting me. Called to speak with a Senior Manger - Chantal, she doesn't return calls either. Sent Wayne GM an email...he doesn't respond either.<br>For a luxury car dealership the management are very unprofessional, there are better options out there.
