He clearly explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Had to get my steering rack replaced on my 2009 Yukon. They got it done in about 3 hrs exactly as priced. Good job!

I had a very good experience when I needed to change my brake fluid and serpentine belt.

Vehicle was absolutely spotless inside and out. They did a bunch of additional touchups at no additional cost. Price was exactly as quoted. I’ll be coming back!!

I’m SO incredibly happy with the service I received at Adair! 🙌✨<br>I booked an appointment a couple of weeks ago for an Out-of-Province inspection, and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic.<br><br>My partner had his OOP inspection done at another garage, and unfortunately, it was an awful, not trustworthy and, very overpriced experience. We even had to go back a few days after coz they didn’t fix the tire properly!!! 😱<br>Whereas at Adair, They were incredibly responsive and helpful over the phone, had great availability, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure or attempt to upsell me on anything. 🙏<br><br>Once the inspection was completed, they sent me the report by message, clearly outlining the mandatory and recommended repairs with some photos. When I came back to the garage, they took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all my questions. I truly felt that they were honest, transparent, and genuinely cared about providing great service.<br><br>And it didn’t stop there! I went back the very next day to have my tires changed, and once again, I received the same amazing service. Everyone was so kind and professional.<br><br>A HUGE thank you to the entire team at Adair for such a wonderful experience! It’s honestly refreshing to find a garage you can trust and feel comfortable with.<br><br>I can’t recommend them enough!<br>I’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Adair! 🚗
