Poor Workmanship and Lack of Care<br>Went to this location since it got very good reviews. I took my car in for an oil change at the 17th Ave SE location, and the quality of work was unacceptable. As soon as I drove off, my engine started making a loud, abnormal humming sound under acceleration. I pulled over at a nearby grocery store, opened the hood to check, and found that the technician had failed to reassemble my engine air filter box correctly, the rear hinge tabs (pins) were completely unslotted and hanging open. To make matters worse, I saw spilled engine oil over my plastic engine cover. Even though they lazily wiped it off, the mess makes it obvious they didn't bother to use a funnel when pouring the oil. Failing to properly reassemble an intake box and sloppily pouring oil shows a complete lack of basic quality control.
