Very disappointing experience at Cambridge Auto Wreckers. The employee sitting at the farthest counter on the yard side was extremely rude when we simply asked for better pricing. Instead of responding professionally, he made racist comments and continued being verbally abusive. What made the situation worse was that other staff members witnessed it and nobody stepped in or tried to stop him.
Customers should be treated with basic respect regardless of their background.I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior properly because no customer should have to experience this.

Amazing place, staff are knowledgeable. Heard a guy getting upset at the staff but it was his own lack of knowledge that was the problem. If you don't know what drivetrain your car has then you are in the wrong place.
My only gripe is I wish they were open Saturdays!
