Rot spot?

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered some parts online and picked up here. I need to return one part and no one knows how to do returns from online and can't direct you where to call. I figured out the number to call and even then you get transferred and no one picks up. Someone gave me two emails to email, and no one answers those. Its been weeks. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. They just want the return period to end so I am out of luck.
