Bash's Auto Svc

After my initial good experience with Shaq, I took my car in for some suspension work. Dropped off car in the morning, I called them around 11am and Bash gave me the parts needed and general cost. I waiting til 1:30 and went down to the shop to wait for the car to be done. I got there and my car wasn't there. I questioned one of the mechanics and they said it was out on a test drive, it would be back within 20mins.

I waited around for 30mins and questioned again and they called Bash and within 3 mins he was pulling up (with someone in the passenger side) and getting out of the car and pushed the car down to act like they were testing the suspension. I then asked how long there test drive are usually as I was waiting for 30min and I don't know when the test drive started. As I would think 5-15mins would be standard. Bash said that test drives are usually shorter and this long duration was because he went to prayer and specified that he brought the car to the mosque.
He said he went there and parked, then came back and the distance between gave him a good idea of the suspension.

He apologized and stated that he didn't know that I would be here waiting. One of their values on their wall is integrity. This event seems to go against that value. My car shouldn't be used for personal trips for the owner and a coworker to go anywhere. This isn't a shop car for shop use. Its a clients car. The actual work done to my car was decent but I need to be able to trust my mechanics.

Best place to get a motorcycle safety. Shak was brilliant to deal with, very honest guy and they have the best pricing.

I took my motorcycle here to get safetied. Shak was such a pleasure to deal with. He made everything stupid easy, was super friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable.

As a new Rider, he also took the time to tell me about the local community and even answered all my questions about maintenance and upkeep of my bike.

10/10 service. I definitely recommend, and definitely will be reaching out to the shop in the future.
