Why is canadian tire stop water jugs fill up here?

I am giving this location 1 star. I went to go and buy tube lights and no matter how many times I mention that they have broken product on the floor, they don't seem to care enough.

I have actually witnessed on at least 6 occasions where they will help customer pick out a non-broken one and then immediately put the broken ones back with the rest of the merchandise.

4 years later, still same level of service

DO NOT BY ANYTHING AT THE GARDEN CENTER !!!!!! 50 CEDAR TREES DEAD !!! I WENT BACK AFTER YEAR 1 AND THEY SAID SORRY THERES NO WARRANTY. Followed all instructions properly for planting distance etc. Planted tons of cedars over the years and never had this issue, what a waste of time and money.

Horrible customer service when I went back in to speak to them about it.
Pretty disappointing that our local suppliers dont care about how much money you spend with them or the effort that went into planting all these, only to have to tear them all out again 2 years later.

Never again !

Such a disappointing customer service experience.

I went in to make a credit card payment, and the customer service representative, Vadresha, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Since I needed to make payments using two different cards, she appeared frustrated and raised her voice at me instead of assisting me properly.

Because of the way the transaction was handled, I ended up reaching my daily payment limit and was unable to complete my payment. When I asked if she could help process the remaining payment using another card, she simply said she would not help me and that I had to wait for another employee.

I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and respect. Customers deserve to be treated politely, regardless of the situation. This experience was very disappointing and completely ruined my day.

I hope management looks into this matter and provides additional customer service training to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.
