My friend had an appointment on a Tuesday and didn't get their vehicle back until Saturday, wouldn't answer her calls, car was locked in the garage so she couldnt even go pick it up if she wanted to because no one answered her calls. Charged $200 and wasn't the best job, I am not impressed that my friend who is a working mom went all week having to borrow a vehicle because of this.
