Shocker Mechanical

My husband recently had Shocker install a new DEF pump in his F350. Service was excellent, price was more than fair! Will be returning.

WARNING! Biggest Rip off shop Ever. Took me for over $28,000.00 Did not do 3/4 of the work charged for. Carma is coming to the owners of this corrupt shop. Do not Trust this business for any work on your vehicle. I have all bills to prove from another licensed business and Honest Hot Rod Shop. Pity .This so called shop installed used head lights with a caulking and charged me $1500.00. Charged me $900.00 for Mapping out fuel lines and another $2000.00 for fuel lines which were never installed at All. Blew out transmission, dismantled front end and left loose bolts. Charged $8000.00 for wiring and never replaced. Rats nest of old wires. These are just a couple of things shocker ripped me and my wife off. 5 more pages of invoices shocker did Not do. The car was parked for 2 years inside after being ripped off by shocker. Only this year discovered work not completed. I paid good money promptly and trusted Blaine and his wife. I think they thought i did not have any money and were trying to steal our car for nothing. I don't understand why you just didn't do the work Blaine you had a blank cheque? And be a Honest person. What's wrong with you??

Had a lift kit installed here and couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is top-notch—everything was done properly, cleanly, and exactly how it should be. The truck drives great and the install looks perfect.<br><br>On top of that, the customer service was excellent. They were friendly, honest, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers.<br><br>I’d highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable mechanical work or lift kit installs

They charged me 10,000 to delete our 2008 f350, while cab was lifted to do the job they found oil leaks....they were told to repair all leaks when doing the delete job.....5400km later cab started clunking....while underneath the truck, found a broken bolt that's supposed to hold the cab (over tightened)...and motorleaks everywhere......they wouldn't do anything to repair of fix the problem......no wonder they closed their shop.....poor workmanship.....Totally Mickey mouse .....

Awesome experience with Shocker, Blain was great to deal with and overall a super nice guy. Sent him my Trans Am and he did some great work on it. Even after my bill was paid he went out of his way to help me with some unrelated problems, talked me through it and helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Great customer service and quality work, thanks Shocker!
