Took my 2017 pathfinder in because ac wasn’t working. They were informative and knowlegeable about possible reasons for the problem. No fast talk and fixed me up at a resonable rate. I highly recommend their service.

Dropped my truck in to Minotaur after having been burnt by another local garage.<br><br>Brendan was helpful when I asked about the previous repairs conducted and I knew the next time I needed work doing I was going to give them a shot.<br><br>Well, the time came, 7 weeks later, typical.<br><br>Booked an alignment but needed arms and ball joints.<br><br>I collected the truck but was not 100% with the alignment so I contacted Brendan and they took the truck right in the following morning and worked to resolve my concern, with Brendan coming for a drive to see my issue.<br><br>Minotaur resolved my concerns and I am extremely satisified with the drive of the car.<br><br>The customer service I have received really has been top draw and I would say not typical of an auto repair shop - this helps them to stand above competitors.<br><br>Pricing was good for the level of work required considering they were labour intensive jobs and I was not charged for having my concerns rectified.<br><br>Overall, I would definitely recommend Minotaur, Brendan, Justin and the team for their work on your car.<br><br>Hopefully I dont see you guys soon but I know where my truck is going to go should it need a repair.<br><br>Thanks.
