I took my 2013 Chevy Silverado to ace Auto electric twice for an issue of my battery being dead all the time and they were supposed to have fixed it the first time and they told me it was a battery clamp and that was not the issue so I had to go back a second time for the same thing dead battery again the following day and it was the same thing. I went back again for the second time and each time they charge me $364 and the issue had still not been fixed so I figured well. Maybe it’s the battery so I went and I bought a new battery. I took the old one out. I put the new one in and Bam issue solved truck started immediately and then I went to see him about that and all they said well we tested it needed a new battery clamp which was not right. And that didn’t fix the issue so I had to go buy a new battery I went. I bought a new battery. I put it in and the truck was fine ever since so I went back to them with those two receipts and explain to them and they told me at one point well it was the remote switch on for the power seat on the passenger side said it was stuck on. Well that’s not even possible for that switch to be stuck Because it slides forward to go forward and slide slides back to go back and as soon as you release it, it comes to the middle and stops. If it was stuck on the seat would’ve been kept moving so they just scam me. They don’t know what they’re talking about so they ripped me off by charging me that amount of money so I Back and argued with them well they credited me $164 for labour out of almost $700 of bloody labour and all it was was the battery. I asked if they even tested the battery to see what it was because that’s what it was the battery was shorted out and he says Don’t know if they tested it they should’ve tested it. I said obviously they didn’t and now you’re only offering me $161 of labour $700 of labour and I paid three times that twice of $364 each time for nothing they just ripped me off.
