In my opinion, customer relations was severely lacking with very ambiguous answers to very basic questions . The guy to me just acted like he regretted being there . With that attitude I didn't walk out of there I ran . I do realize that it is up north tulsa way but don't blame me right .

Shorty's has rebuilt several starters, and has always done great work for us, I would highly recommend them.

Coming at end of day. It was pouring down rain.The last 10min. We called and he waited. Repair done in a couple days. Starter works fantastic. Shorty's a bit grumpy but does great work.
