Always a great experience at Carmen’s. Fair prices and work is done in a timely manner. I also appreciated the fact that they were able to hold my vehicle for an additional day at no extra cost.
Always a great visit. So helpful and reasonable.
Carmen's is quick, honest, and fair with their service and prices. They give a good assessment on the issue and give me options on what to do. I've been coming for a couple years now and will continue to go for service and repairs.
I've been taking my cars to Carmen's for many, many years. Whenever I had a reason to go to a dealer (warranty issue), I always circled back to Carmen's afterwards. It always feels like home where you'll be treated honestly and fairly. No BS. Carmen and Mike, and all the people there, are friendly, hard-working, and honest. They handle all sorts of cars and have a ton of experience. If you don't need something done they will tell you that you don't need it. If you do need something done they will be clear and explain it. Their prices are reasonable - they are not out to hurt you or take advantage. Glad you're there Carmen's!
I am terrified of dishonest mechanics. These guys I trust one thousand percent!
