My furnace had an issue and Gill and team were very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was done efficiently and had my emergency repair fixed asap .

Wow where do i begin. We had our geothermal furnace break down and tried calling at least twelve places trying to find someone who could help us. The first company we tried charged us for the visit charged us for a thermostat and then wanted us to either pay $3000 to replace a motor and would bot even guarantee that would work or replace the unit for $10000+. Frustrated I finally got ahold of Gillanders through another company that could not service our area. Not only did Joe stay on the phone with me and walked me through trouble shooting my unit but he had one of his technicians come out to have a look the following day. Now I must point out that Gillanders does not usually service geothermal furnaces but hearing my situation they gave it a try. They took the motor and fan with them to make sure they found me the right part and charged a very fair price. Tim was wonderful and despite the fact that our unit is not something they usually service fixed our furnace for us. This company has exceptional customer service and genuinely care about their clients. Thank you to everyone from the Gillanders team!

Shortly after my husband and I bought our first home, the hot water tank started to produce less and less hot water until it was practically cold. I had techs from 3 different "big name companies" come in and offer solutions from "It just needs to be reset" to "You need to spend $4500 on a new heater".

Gillanders was recommended by a lovely new acquaintance, and a call was made by us. The tech was out the same day and discovered very quickly that nothing was wrong with the water heater, there was a leak under the house. A temporary fix was given which saved the day and a plumber was recommended for the under the house work.

A huge thank you to Gillanders for their quick service, their ability to see past the obvious "buy a new water heater" suggestions and their willingness to actually look to see what might be causing the issue. A few minutes of out of the box thinking really has made a difference in the life of my husband and myself.

Needless to say, Gillanders will now be the company my family uses here in Chatham. I can't say enough good things!

Diagnostic problem in my home where 3 other BIG companies missed it and only wanted to sell me a new hot water heater... Recommend absolutely !!!!!!!!
