Had my Taurus in for a new electric steering system non-hydraulic. Had the car back the same day required a couple extra parts cause they were seized also but they got em in and realigned my steering. Thank you Gene and Brady excellent service.

Customer comes in with black grand caravan to get transmission checked which led to a brake caliper being changed without consent.
Then realizing it isn't the problem, putting the old back on afterwords .

Customer leaves complaining of spongy pedal.

**What exactly does brakes have to do with transmission issues btw ? **

Customer returns vehicle back for "spongy brake pedal "to return home with the same exact issue again.

1 out of 4 brake bleeds had been opened with air throughout the system.
I had the pleasure of doing it correctly.
