What an absolute mess of a company. At this point I'm considering having them investigated for fraud. My car went in for a simple repair with a 450$ quote. 4 days later I am handed the invoice for 1700$. There mechanic damaged my vehicle and they charged me to fix it. The manager I spoke to was so arrogant. Zero accountability. Stay away!
Brought my vehicle in for a misfire issue, I chose this location as this company is under the flexity network, I was told this particular shop isn't when I arrived. It was difficult to get any kind of real answers from the technicians I spoke with, my questions were met with blank stares, side glances at coworkers, or confusion.<br>I was told that fixing the misfire issue would likely solve other issues I was encountering, after spending over $1,000 for a spark plug replacement, I found that the vehicle drove and sounded EXACTLY the same. The service, knowledge, and price of this place SUCKS!
I want to give a big thank you to the employee who helped me today, unfortunately I did not get his name. He was working the front counter when I went in around 2 pm this afternoon looking for assistance with the engine splash cover on my Ford Escape. He got down in the parking lot to have a look at the splash cover & went back inside & returned with a bolt to repair it for me right in the parking lot. This act of kindness isn’t something you see everyday. It meant a lot to me that he helped me out today. I will not hesitate to stop by next time my car requires service. Thank you again!
