Had ENS auto repair replace my CV axle while I was on a work trip. He did excellent work at a very fair price. Didn't try to upsell me at all. The whole process was seamless and easy and he gave me updates on my vehicle as time progressed. I absolutely will be using ENS auto in the future. I was replacing the struts on my Lexus RX when, on one side, I accidentally pulled the axle out of the front differential. This prevented me from getting the lower two bolts of the strut assembly lined up. After spending a few hours trying to figure it out—and knowing it was my wife’s car—I decided it was time to call in the professionals!<br><br>Jay came out, communicated everything clearly, and immediately got to work. With his experience running his own business, he’s clearly seen some interesting repair jobs and is comfortable working through situations that aren’t always straightforward. He was confident in his knowledge and skills, and I felt completely comfortable having him work on the vehicle.<br><br>I would not hesitate to call Jay again the next time I inevitably screw something up while working on one of my vehicles! 😂 I’ll also definitely be recommending him to friends and family.<br><br>Just a heads-up: Jay is a one-man operation and a busy guy, so be patient when it comes to appointment availability.<br><br>Thanks again, Jay!
