On time, On price, job done! Good people to deal with!
Super great guys! Mike the owner really went out of his way to get my truck back on the road! Thanks so much
What a complete jerk around. I’ve been a good customer of this company for 2-3 years now, I’m a fast payer and a patient customer. There was no reason what-so-ever for the absolute jerk-around I experienced with Mountain Pacific Mechanical. After a long road trip, I booked my RV in for regular maintenance, dropped my RV off at the appointed date and time as arranged, was told they would be working on it, that following Wednesday. I mite note, dropping off my RV involved having a friend drive out from Langley (1.5 hrs) to pick me up from Chilliwack and run me home and vice-versa when retrieving the RV; all time, planning and gas money. I called them on the following Thursday to find out what needed service, expecting the inspection had been performed per my conversation with the office girl that took notes on drop-off day, only to be told that they had decided they were not working on my RV and in fact they had surreptitiously decided without forewarning to existing customers (including me) that they were no longer working on any RV’s moving forward. No honoring existing booking and especially people that had already dropped off their rigs, no apology, no compensation for the gas, time and trouble dropping off, nothing accept we want your RV out of our yard asap, threatening that they could not guarantee my RV’s safety with all the other truck movements in the yard. My motor home was right outside their shop door for almost a week and even though previously booked they refused to work on it. Instead offering me a mobile service which involved an expensive call out fee and not a full workshop capability, this is all while my RV sat at there shop, 10 ft from there bay doors waiting for service as agreed upon for almost a week.
The point is… when Mountain Pacific Mechanical does not need your business, this is how this company abandons it's loyal customers, treating them like garbage, with complete disrespect and indifference to honoring their agreements for service.
I blew an air bag on Sunday night with a loaded reefer, easily found the shop, parked in front and jumped in the sleeper.
7am, walked into service, booked the truck in, pulled into a bay went and had a coffee in the clean and comfy truckers lounge. An hour later I was hooked back up and on the road. It was like hitting the Easy Button!
Great team, great shop, great experience!
Thanks MPM, I will recommend you to everyone!
Thanks
Mike @ HIS Trucking
Had new brakes put on the front axle of our rv last fall.We have taken it out 3 times this year and the brakes continually squeal when braking, my husband is a retired truck driver and said it probably would stop after a few braking it hasnt somy husband stopped today and was told they don't work on rvs anymore although their website says they do... they won't even stand behind work they have done....they should have at least looked at the brakes it's an rv on a freightliner chassis so not really any different than a truck..same front end...disappointed with the staffs attitude...bad business
