Very cool shop. Went to 80s car show. Amazing!
Wow the level of class in this place is very high awesome showroom with rare cars and a complete fab shop in the back servicing every level of hotrod and classic cars.
I brought my car to stones speed shop a few years ago with a fuel injector issue on my 1962 corvette. We had a few bumps getting things adjusted but Stones took care of all my issues professionally and quickly. I recently went to a car show in Vernon in the heat over the mountains with no problems and if you remember old cars you know.. I just got the car back after a brake issue and once again Stones did a great job on a full brake retrofit with wilwood brake kit. They got me in right away during there busy season and once again a great job where they clearly put in more hours than they billed me cheers and thanks 😊
Worst ever experience wrecked a truck i had 22 years made it non drivable!!!! A vehicle i drove my kids home in when born....

Shop owner boasts 100% satisfaction .more like till you pay .told me after 9 months of patiently waiting for it to be corrected by a skilled tech.lol...i brought a part to be installed to fix it as holley tech line said over fueling and needs a psi regulator installed to lower pump psi ,i gave them the regulator to fix a over fueling issue they refused to install it !!! Stones wrecked my new eng w documented paper work to prove it and a wrecked tranny that was rebuilt just prior .at benz transmission ..They told me to eat it !!!! And go to another shop at my expense!!! The shop they sent me to told me 2 k to fix their usual blunders ,hes ussd to it before he looked at it .soo hell no!!!!...my trucks dead in driveway
I intend to seek damages over 20 k as ive done my diligence in allowing many failed attempts to be corrected over a simple pressure regulator and a few other pArts and have assesments from other licenced shops all concur engine damage due to improper install
Again shop boast100% satisfied im clearly not further more warranty definition implies items or workmanship were 100% anf a defect etc showed up later! Mine never functioned correct !!!
To help owner rad the following :
By legal definition
promise from the installer to fix mistakes in their labor. Because the item never worked properly due to their error, they must fix or redo the work.Product Defect vs. Installation Defect: If the item itself is broken inside the box, that is a manufacturer defect. If the item is fine, but the setup, wiring, or plumbing was done wrong, that is an installation (workmanship) defect.
What Happens
Next right to Cure: Most contracts give the original installer a legal chance to fix their mistakes (called a "right to cure").Inability to Correct: If they tried and failed, or stated they cannot fix it, they have breached their workmanship contract.Next Steps: You now have the right to hire a different professional to fix or redo the installation properly. You can legally ask the original installer to pay for the cost of the new contractor
I clearly do not recommend this place and suggest re evaluating any thing you have had done for workmanship issues. I will be suing this shop as my legal right .as soon as i can finish tallying full extend of damages !!!!!!
And being a former acquaintance held no value in getting thiS resolved!!!!
BEWARE!!!!
