5 Stars Incredible service when we needed it most!
We needed an emergency after hours repair on the long weekend, and Michael went way above and beyond to help us out.
He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and honest.
he charged us a totally fair price and showed genuine care & made sure we were good to go

saved me and my friends also super humble and nice guy with great service and care 10/10 would recommend.

Huge shoutout to Michael! He was an absolute lifesaver when we needed our tire sorted out. You can tell right away that he genuinely cares about his customers and their situation rather than just trying to make a sale. He prioritized our safety above everything else, walked us through our options with so much knowledge, and managed to get us a great deal on new tires. Highly recommend :))

Michael from red robin helped me and my sister exceptionally well when the treading of our tire got peeled off of our tire. He thinks of the customer first and goes to great lengths in order to help us. He drove from chiliwak to langley for the actual tires, then back to hope to take off the rims, then back to chiliwak to put the tires on the rims and then back to hope to put the rims back on. With all this in mind, his service was 500$ cheaper then a mechanic. You're wasting money if you go anywhere else. COME HERE

Had a flat tire late at night on a highway, all tire shops were closed but Michael was prompt and helped me fix my tire in no time! Very helpful excellent service Michael waived the late night charge and even drove four hours to Richmond to find me new tires. Love seeing local businesses like this! Keep up the good work!
