We have a house that presented many challenges for upgrading our HVAC system to a high efficiency heat pump. Scott listened to all my wants and ideas then only improved upon them. A challenging installation that went absolutely flawlessly. It was a pleasure to watch Scott and his assistant Matt work. Both had a positive, professional attitude the entire time. Timeline for completion set out by Scott was followed to a T, a real pleasure in today's world. I am completely satisfied with the Comfort Shoppe and highly recommend them.
I had an emergency tonight regarding my home's furnace and James came to our house and promptly fixed the issue. This was absolutely one of the best service calls I've had in years and I will definitely be asking for him again for any HVAC-related work going forward.
