Hotchs Auto Parts

These are people who don't want to work. I came to the office and it was completely empty. Then I tried to call and order parts for my car, and Paul from the sales department (extension number 210) tried to help me with this. When I asked him to clarify the condition of the parts and provide additional photos, he flatly refused. I did not receive any detailed information about the product and encountered passive aggressive communication from Paul. I asked if I could pay for the part and inspect it afterwards and, if it did not meet my expectations, refuse it (i.e. return it). I was told that there would be no refund under any circumstances. I got the impression that people simply do not want to do their job and that they do not need customers. I strongly advise against anyone wasting their time and nerves on this company, as I was really going to spend money there, but after such communication, I completely lost the desire to do so.

I have been dealing with Laura, and Corey for years! She is great to deal with and always gets me the part I need. Thanks again!

The man who drives the van for this business runs stop signs at 4 way stops where children cross. I yelled at him to stop one day. so I just ran into him at the Petro Canada and he let me know. I was the stop sign Karen. He doesn’t feel like a very safe man to be working for your business to be representing your business like this in your work truck at the Petro Canada on the corner of 57 and baseline at 6 PM this evening.
