I was recently in the Bowmanville area and experienced some car issues, not being from the area I panicked because I didn’t want to get stranded. It was later in the day and a few shops even turned me down.
But then I found Ward’s.
The crew at Ward’s was phenomenal, they were kind, caring and honest!
I’m so glad I stumbled upon them, they fixed my cars issue and I got home.

AVOID AT ALL COST. In the past I have had great service. Most recently, I got my front brakes done and the pedal felt a bit off. I went back and they said they would check it over. I got a call said my car is good to go so I went and picked it up and had no brakes at all and almost got in an accident!!! I went back and they said my rear brakes needed replacing now. I'm in shock they let me drive away like that. I go to another (fantastic) mechanic and he said that they broke my brake line in the process of "inspecting" them. I could have killed someone else or myself in the process. I wish they would have taken accountability for any of that that went on but I was left to pay another mechanic to fix the brake line.
This is my family's go to mechanic. Fair prices, great service and efficient.
Always honest and doesn't oversell to make you pay more.
