I recently had spacers installed on my half ton truck at another shop and started noticing a shake at highway speeds. Since Henderson Automotive is close by, I decided to bring it in to have it checked out.
Right away they identified the issue. The spacers that were installed were not hub centric, even though I had specifically requested that from the original shop. They took the time to explain everything clearly and showed me exactly what was causing the problem.
They recommended switching to proper hub centric spacers and handled the installation for me. The difference was immediate. My truck now drives smooth at all speeds with no vibration at all.
