I've been going to My Mechanic for less than a year now. Each if my 4 visits have been as pleasant an encounter as one would hope. Today, however was more than a pleasant surprise. It turns out the rattle I was worried about was simply a loose heat shield and was quickly fixed and I was on my way. Quick, efficient, friendly staff and honest! What more can a customer ask for?
My truck unexpectedly developed an exhaust problem. I had it towed to My Mechanics and they looked at it the same day. I called around other shops in the area and was looking at up to a week wait. They fixed the problem, which turned out to be an incredibly minor issue and did so at a beyond fair price. The customer service was incredible. The staff came across as being sincerely kind and happy to help. I will definitely be using My Mechanics for all future automotive needs.
