Benson Tire

Called to inquire about having a look at a tire with a slow leak. They got me in within an hour of my call! Quick and friendly service !

I called here today to ask if they had a specific tire valve in stock at 3:44 pm; the person who answered said they were indeed in-stock. I asked them to put them on aside and I would be coming to pick them up shortly. At 4:15 I arrived at the shop and the gate was closed, door was locked and lights were out, no cars in the parking lot. The sign said they were open till 5 the same as the hours on Google. When I called the store it directed me to their 24hr line and the gentlemen said the store should be open till 5. Not sure what happened or why they would close early after talking to them on the phone but very inconvenient

Our sedans’s tire had a nasty blow out on the 401, and the local big-box store wasn’t able to guarantee a fix that day. We bought replacement tires from them, and the team at this location fit us in right away, put both tires on the rims, installed them on the car, and had us back on the highway within an hour or so. They even put the spare tire back in the trunk! They were very reasonably priced, which was also a welcome surprise. We were so relieved, and Benson certainly earned themselves another satisfied customer! Thank you!!!
