won’t be back. super disappointed, my family used courtice auto for almost 15 years and have stopped in the last 2. misdiagnosed my vehicle and overcharged labour to just diagnose it wrong.

I don’t ever leave reviews, despite how bad an experience may be, but dealing with this shop for the first and last time was quite a nightmare.

From leaving a rag in my engine bay and letting it get wrapped around the shaft of the radiator fan (and somehow not noticing the horrible noise it was making and telling me my truck was ready to be picked up), to putting the sticker on after an oil change with the wrong mileage range and no indication of what kind of oil was used (which I’m still not confident about as I only received a “my boss did the oil change and said he used synthetic”), to a few more issues with the service, professionalism, I would say it’s absolutely not worth your time or money to bring your vehicle here.

I understand that there are limitations with every business regarding quality control and managing/delegating to multiple service techs, but the entire experience at courtice automotive was a disaster and quite honestly some of the most unprofessional work and management I have experienced at a shop.

I had heard that this shop used to be great before it changed ownership. Quite a shame.

AVOID THIS SHOP. They don’t stand behind their work.

Brought my car in to have the AC repaired. Two days later, it stopped working again. When I called to have it looked at, they told me there was nothing they could do — no offer to re-inspect, no explanation, nothing.

If a repair fails within 48 hours, the bare minimum is bringing the car back in. A shop that won’t own its work isn’t worth your time or money.

I wish i had seen the most recent reviews before. I now think they didn’t do any diagnostic on my ac. Simply refilled the gas which only lasted for 2 days.
