NAPA Cochrane was my go to place for all car parts. I recently went to get a battery for my ATV. I provided the year make and model and was sold a battery. I activated it, charged it, and attempted to put it in to find that it was the incorrect size. I attempted to return the battery as it was there mistake that led to it being incorrect and they refused as it had been activated. They will not receive my business again.

Kudos to the only lady in the front desk, excellent customer service, the oil seal i was looking for apparently was discontinued… SHE persevered, kept searching snd listened to customers suggestions… finally got it after days of searching … thank you so much Ms L… sorry failed to get her full name..
