I was traveling through Alberta and staying with friends in Cochrane. I called ahead and they were helpful in getting an appointment for me and holding the part I needed. They finished the work in a timely manner, even gave me a small discount in cost! Great job folks!

Terrible experience. Actually gut wrenching how we were treated by the sales department. They are far from transparent and super sketchy. We made a deposit on a used vehicle which we decided over the weekend as we thought about it more that it wasn’t the vehicle for us. So we kindly asked for our deposit to be refunded, it was then advised that we “signed” a non refundable agreement without it being properly explained to us. We didn’t even properly sign the agreement, nor was it dated. They have no idea what they are doing.<br>When I went in-person to ask for the deposit back. One of the sales associates came to their defence and said “what’s the point of your deposit to hold then?” Super rude and aggressive about it. So when you make a deposit to hold something to think more about it you are automatically committed to a huge financial purchase without any more consideration?<br>The sales manager will not give our deposit back. Basically holding us hostage to spend almost 50k on a new vehicle. Even though there’s millions in this dealership they can’t give back a small deposit.<br><br>Be careful shopping here. I advise you go to another dealership in Calgary or Canmore to do business.
