Joe in the auto repair department has excellent customer care skills.

For many years bring my dog when I shop at Collingwood Canadian tire as it's her favourite store she heads right for the dog isle products so I buy her a toy or treats.she then hurries to checkout before I grab what I came in for but I coax her into letting me get my items first. Then she pretty well knows everyone in the store and has her favourite checkout employee so we wait until she is free to serve us. As the dog yips and sits and gives a high five for her treat she looks forward to get. But today on Saturday July 4th at 11.00 while checking out with a young guy whose till was nearest the door the dog was begging for her treat after I paid I said she would like her treat and he said I dont have any so I said go find one and his response stand aside so I can help someone else I don't give out treats. Well I told him because of your feeling towards dogs that caused your store to lose a valuable customer.

Great store. Good selection, very knowledgable staff. Lots of parking. Really looking forward to the expansion and how much bigger the store will be.
