My vehicle had a slow leak in one tire , I brought it to this location and paid 25.00 for them to tell me they cannot repair it and they were closing which is fair. What is not fair is that they gave me back my car with no air in it and refused to put any air at all for me to go to Canadian Tire which was 10min away and get a plug kit. I explained to them it was a slow leak and it takes 20 minutes to leak out but these people did not care, they said this hole cannot be repaired. So I took an Uber to Canadian Tire got the plug kit and a cheap air compressor, took an Uber back to my car plugged up the tire and drove home for 2 hours with no issues. I understand being cautious but this was slimy as hell. Image is from the day after, the tire still has lost no air. Theory doesn't make you a great mechanic. If I listened to these "mechanics" I would have been stranded in a snow storm at night.

Don’t recommend they tould me I needed control arms an sway bar links got all the parts took if for second opinion and all I needed 2 ball joints

If i could 10 star rating. Had 2 complete sets of tires swapped out this week.. I had no appointment for both, just dropped them off and done the same day for 1 set and the next day for the other. I knew it was peak snow tire swap out season. I hit 6 garages looking for some place to swap out my tires.. everyone was 1 week to 3 week wait. I learned a lesson.. go to a tire store for tires. A huge shout out to Sarah..who greeted me with a big smile :) . Thanks! Sarah took care of both my tire services, she even helped load my tires. Customer service and time management is so important to keep a returning customer. Thanks again..see you on my next tire service. 10 star 🌟
