Rude receptionist. If someone is inquiring about tires, they should answer it with patience, no need to be rude ans inconsiderate.
Best service. Helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy!!
Hate to use the old cliche. But I wish I could give less than a one star
AI recommended them for repairs. I went to the shop were the guy working screamed we are closed for the long weekend
It wasnt a long weekend lol.
No problem I said. Dont need it done done now. I was about ask if he would do a specific job on a car. Get out he screamed.
His lack of customer service was the worst I have ever seen. Oh well must be nice to have a business where you can treat as possible customer like dirt. I usually use Canadian Tire Collingwood where I get treated with great care. The were unfortunately unable to do this particular job.
Sure there are other mechanics in Collingwood that at least understand how to treat a potential customer 🙄
