Tire Guys Of Collingwood

I hate to give a 1 star, I have always given The Tire Guys my business for the last 10yrs.
I know it was winter tire swap out season, the girl at the front was kind and polite.. its was Monday and she said they could do the tires by Friday if I left them...I unloaded 4 tires and 4 rims with tires and carried them inside.. put lables on each one... came back 5 days later...Friday.. at 3:30pm and they were not done, they said hopefully the next day they could do it. I just ended up loading them back into my truck and brought them to McKee Tire and they did the swap out right there and for $20 cheaper.
Sorry Tire Guys.. but I think you need a better way to managed you bookings during busy season.
In the past I was always treated good. I hope next time I can give you a 5 star.

Had an appointment and the shop was closed when I arrived for the scheduled and emailed appointment. 2 stars because when they changed my winters a few years ago it was ok.

I ran over something in front of one of the auto wreckers on Beachwood road and ended up with a medium speed air leak. I managed to get to The Tire Guys about 15 minutes before the tire was completely flat. They fit me into their busy schedule and repaired the leak within the hour at a very reasonable price. Thanks Tire Guys. Oh…. And the free Butter tart was very tasty.

Dropped by twice in afternoon but closed during week day. No answer on telephone for inquiries. Oh well.
